One Body is an invitation for relationship. It encourages empowerment, celebrates resilience, and promotes self-acceptance. Rooted in the belief that all bodies are good bodies, One Body can hold it all: the jitters, the bold confidence, the impatience, and the parts of you that you’re still learning to love.
Most of us carry tension in our bodies every day. This is often stemming from societal pressures, past traumas, or self-doubt. My hope is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for you to notice and find your way through these discomforts and any feelings they bring.
It’s not a therapy session, nor is it a quick fix.
It’s a step toward self-acceptance where you can find comfort and ease in your own skin. Start with a safe atmosphere. Try embracing your body. Begin the process of restoration.
The process begins long before we shoot. We’ll work together to define what care looks like as you accept the invitation to be in your body, as she is. What would you like to highlight about your body? What are the areas you tend to hide?
Then, we dream up the shoot. Imagine a safe “place” that invites you to take up as much or as little space as as you want.
The options are endless when you are embodied.

Your one body is a marvel
You simply don't need a reason to exist in photographs, but what if you could remind yourself of your body’s ability to endure? What if you could recognize its capacity to adapt, heal, and fight for your well-being? Imagine being able to find comfort and ease in your own skin or find a version of agency you haven't known before.
This is your invitation to honor your One Body carrying you through this season.
